Basics
The league makes no boundaries with regards to trading, but all trades will be reviewed to maintain a resemblance of equality in each trade. That be said, only an OBVIOUSLY one-sided trade will be vetoed. The commissioners will serve as the trade commission. Amateur draft picks may not be traded. All trades must be posted/confirmed on the HH forum.
Deadline
The trade deadline os July 31. The sim that normally ends July will stop on July 30 to allow trading prior to the next sim. Deadline deals must be posted/confirmed (on the HH forum) prior to the sim times already ststed in this document.
Procedure
Both owners must post the trade on the HH forum for the trade to be "official". Only very questionable trades will be reviewed by the trade commission
V. Free Agency
In-Season
Free agency offers can be made in the game. The game will determine who signs the free agents that have been given offers.
Off-Season
Anyone who signs a FA during the period of the offseason from when players file for Free agency (typically the last week or two before the end of November, and January 23rd will have that FA released back into the FA pool. That owner will also be responsible for 100% of any player expenses associated with that release. On top of that you will more than likly lose the abilty to negotiatewith that player again as he will know you just sign and released him. (This makes it fair for all teams when Free agency starts)
The off-season FA period will last 30 days with a 3-3-4-5-5-5-5 schedule being adopted by the league with regard to the number of rounds and duration of said rounds
